2025-26 Big Bash League (BBL) is an Australian-based franchise cricket league that kicks off in December and January every year. The T20 league is usually played in a round-robin format before proceeding to the playoffs and the Final. A total of eight teams participate in the event, as the league features 40 group-stage matches and three knockouts before the final.

SuperSport to broadcast live coverage of the BBL – Big Bash League 2025-26 matches in Sub-Saharan Africa. Online cricket fans can stream matches on the SuperSport App and Website.
Tapmad TV secured the digital media rights in Pakistan. Moreover, PTV Sports also secured the television broadcasting rights for the BBL 2025-26 edition.
Sony Pictures Network acquired the broadcasting rights in India. The BBL matches will be streamed live on the digital platform SonyLiv (Website, App).
Fans in Australia can stay tuned to Fox Sports for television coverage, while Foxtel and Kayo Sports offer on-demand streaming of the matches.
In the United Kingdom, the matches will be aired live on Sky Sports Television Network. Moreover, the Sky Go App offers on-demand streaming of the matches. In the USA & Canada, Willow TV will provide coverage on both digital and television.

The eight teams that participate in the BBL T20 league are: Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Sydney Thunder, Melbourne Renegades, and Adelaide Strikers.
For the 2025-26 edition, nine venues will host all 44 T20 matches. The venues are as follows: Adelaide Oval, Optus Stadium, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Sydney Cricket Ground, Marvel Stadium, The Gabba, Blundstone Arena, Coffs Harbour International Stadium, and Manuka Oval.
